Bridal Appointment Policy

Jewels by Panache

At Jewels by Panache, our bridal appointments are designed to provide a personalised and premium consultation experience, helping brides select the perfect jewellery for their special occasion.

By booking a bridal appointment, you agree to the following policy.

1. Appointment Bookings

Bridal consultations are available by appointment only and may be booked through:

  • Our website
  • Instagram or WhatsApp
  • Direct communication with our team

Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance by Jewels by Panache.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointment requests where reasonably necessary or where availability is limited.

2. Consultation Fees and Deposits

For selected bridal consultations, particularly for custom or high-value orders, a booking fee or deposit may be required.

Where specified at the time of booking:

  • The deposit may be redeemable against a qualifying purchase.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Jewels by Panache.

Any applicable fees or deposit requirements will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

3. Punctuality

We value the time of every client and strive to provide a dedicated consultation experience.

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced consultation period.
  • Arrivals more than 20–30 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.
  • In such cases, a new booking may be required, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Multiple rescheduling requests may affect future booking priority.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of any applicable booking fee or deposit.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and any deposit paid may be forfeited.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointment requests being declined.

6. Guest Policy

To ensure a comfortable and focused consultation experience:

  • The number of accompanying guests may be limited.
  • Children or additional unregistered guests may not be permitted during busy consultation periods.

If you wish to bring family members or a bridal party, please advise us when booking.

7. Consultation Services

Bridal appointments may include:

  • Bridal jewellery styling advice
  • Personalised collection recommendations
  • Custom jewellery consultations
  • Product and pricing guidance
  • Assistance with final selections

Some purchases or custom orders may require additional confirmation following the appointment.

8. Custom Order Consultations

Any custom jewellery discussed during a bridal appointment is subject to:

  • Final design approval
  • Pricing confirmation
  • Production feasibility
  • Payment of any required deposit

Custom and made-to-order pieces are also subject to our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.

9. Photography and Consultation Records

To assist with design planning and customer service, we may make consultation notes or take reference photographs.

Any photography or content creation involving the client will only occur with the client's consent.

10. Policy Acceptance

By booking and attending a bridal consultation with Jewels by Panache, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Bridal Appointment Policy.
